Belt Change made simple!

This is a very short belt change video. Some things not mentioned are mainly prior steps. On some models, you will first need to remove the kick start from the belt cover. This is done by removing the holding screw.

Next, you will have to remove all of the bolts holding the belt cover on. There are usually 10 or so bolts holding the cover in place.

The last step is to "break" the seal that is holding the cover on. This can be done by tapping with a rubber hammer. Be careful not to damage the cover.

And finally, of course, replace all of the bolts and kick start as they were! Good luck with your belt change and come back soon for more videos!
