Unlike their Japanese counterparts, China powesport dealers usually don't have a brick and mortar storefront. In the early days of their arrival into the States, part availability was a problem.
Many "dealers" of Chinese quads had never done repair work on an ATV before and did'nt know a spark plug from a cylinder! Another problem was that alot of people sought out to purchase the ATVs straight from a manufacturer. The problem is that a manufacturer usually assumes that there will be some dealer prep before the end user gets it. This all caused an unnecessasary bad rep for the China ATVs.
